Baez i've not heard of but i've consulted with the other two (I went to QQ for my FFS)
FYI - as a Brit its going to be impossible to get CT scans done in the UK, so what i'd reccomend first is to consult with one of the French surgeons, to get a prescription/ordonnance for a CT scan/imaging. Once you have the script, download Doctolib and book an appointment at a French CT imaging clinic (surgeons will have recommendations if you're unsure where to go). Flights are the cheapest way to get there. You can also ask the surgeon to meet on that day for an in-person consult if you're comfortable with timing (it can get very hectic).
Don't go with a surgeon you're unsure about. Don't go with a surgeon that doesn't accept CT scans. Don't go with a surgeon that refuses to DIGITALLY look into your CT scans. I had a congiental deformity that needed accommodation in approach (unilateral sinus aplasia). If I trusted surgeons blindly they would've Barted me. The imaging clinic will give you a digital copy of the scan on USB or disc. It might come with imaging software, but if not RadiANT works well. Familiarize yourself with the surgery, techniques, and your anatomy beforehand. Quizz them, despite the language barrier, you should leave your consultation feeling confident in their (surgical) ability. Shop around, hope it goes well (:

As far as FFS you'll only need a type 3 forehead job (literally every tranny does who didn't start hrt pre 15). That will only really register as significant change from your side profile.

DESU my advice would be;
