I am good at working out hard, sticking to the program and pushing my sets far and leaving with my cotton t shirt and the waist of my sweats soaked in sweat. A jacked trt grandpa came up to me and complimented me saying he sees me working really hard and how he likes to see people actually lifting. I also passively get hours of cardio in each week because I ride a bike and walk a lot. Anyways conversely I'm just horrible at eating and have very poor willpower with food. Today I ate 4 chicken tender wraps that had ranch and cheese inside of them. 2700 calories. I could easily eat twice that amount. I just really love savory meals. The result is I'm muscular and actually quite athletic now but it's a sleeper build hidden underneath my fat. I really just need to commit to the chicken breast, broccoli and rice meta to get lean but I deeply yearn for cheeseburgers.
