You really just uploaded your taste from rym huh
Is there a single album listed on this that isn’t in the top 500?

someone give me the qrd on this schizo. why do they post in every vaguely music related thread?

NTA, but there are two logical explanations:
1. He's looking for new music because he only knows the entry level albums. If you feel his taste is too basic and pleb, that's why he's reaching out for new shit, right?
2. He made a chart with albums people are most likely; already familiar with to give an idea of the sounds he's looking for. It's often you run into other people that struggle to explain and define the music genres they like, even using the name to describe them. A hipster chart with relatively obscure (to the normies) albums would get his post ignored once people read past the genres he wanted.

Anon, I need to give people albums they can reference and they can recognise for them to base their recommendations and suggestions on. If I share an album chart that looks like this one, do you feel giving these albums is going to help me better?
Some people are bad telling genres and sub genres apart. They might know what hip hop music sound like, but they might not know what makes something sound like a cloud rap, emo rap, pop rap, trap, jerk, grime, etc. album. It's easier to ask them, "Do you have albums that sound like (albums on the first chart)?" Than to give them the chart on this post, asking them to give me instrumental, abstract, experimental, conscious, jazz rap, and boom bap shit.
