I want to know if there are drugs which inhibit gender dysphoria forever. Or if gender dysphoria can be surgically removed. Also if there is a way to cure homosexuality. I have tried many religions and even became far right in hopes it would shut out the noise. But it has not. I need help!

You will have to make some concessions, like jacking it to written erotica a lot. But no one forces you to put your penis into another man's shitty hairy asshole. You can have a pretty normal life like that. And being far-right only helps if you're actually active in far-right circles IRL, because being in a homophobic environment will make you repress for fear of exclusion. That's what I did in uni, it works pretty well. I don't think there's a cure for being a tranny beyond rerolling.

You can transition and become happy and well-adjusted, and just try to power through the discrimination. That's really the main issue we face. Two is to repress. You will lose time as yourself, you will be intensely miserable, and you will never have a fulfilling life. Do this long enough and you will become too old to ever be a girl, and inevitably spiral into depression and psychosis. This is really just a way to delay option 3, which is immediate suicide. If you choose this one, don't tell them you're a tranny.
