I want an orchiectomy asap but don't know how to navigate insurance.

I've been diagnosed with gender dysphoria since 2019 and have United healthcare, I'm not sure if anyone here has used them for trans stuff.

I'm a bit mentally ill (bipolar 1) how difficult will it be to get mental health clearance for this?

Call your insurance and ask for a printout of their medpol (medical policy) for gender dysphoria and transsexualism. Should show all the requirements for coverage
