>>43633808the way the lower jaw protrudes past the upper jaw is so clocky. i feel like on female faces the cheekbones are the most protruding element and the facial harmony is completely different. i have extremely long and recessed face so this is particularly huge source of dysphoria of mine. when the nose is the most protruding part of the face and the base of nose (radix) is elevated past the cheekbones from the side profile it is super easy to clock as a trans face as these features are much more common in men compared to women. idk if there is a fix for this. some people try go for aggressive rhinoplasty to combat this but it doesn't work and leaves one looking like a character from the movie cats, the way at the radix of the nose is still elevated and the philtrum will recess back to the face instead of protrude as it would on a face that naturally had an upturned nose.
