The plan was originally going to be those + chin, jaw and lip lift based on video consults but after my in-person the week before surgery they talked me out of the latter. There was 5 years between the video and in person consult to be fair. I met about 30 other patients in Marbella and I'd say about 50% didnt pass after ffs because they were mostly john50's or unfortunate in puberty. My take away is they want less risk and therefore won't like pushing surgeries to their limits. For some people they make your dreams come true, for others they essentially are a waste of money.
