I'm obsessed with cooking (picked it up from my grandma since I was like 8 or something). So i'm closer to a professional chef. At my level, under 10% of all people know how to cook for sure. And less than 1% of all people under 25.
But I do work with young people (20-28 age range) and imo the future is bleak, lol.
