>>43654784I fully quit for 1 month and low dosed (completely ineffectual dosing, like 1 pill a day equivalent) for 2 more. I started prog literally right when I went back to a full dose, though I took it orally rather than rectally for the first few months. I took it for the mood benefits thinking it might help counteract how psycho I was on E alone (nervous breakdowns every day that turns out may have been caused by the Vitamin K2+D3 supplements my PCP put me on around the same time).
