HRT, FFS, SRS, VFS, and BA (even if you're over an A) is all covered. For transmascs i know top surgery and hrt is covered and phallo is covered.There are others around. I have a transmasc (stealth) in my unit.CoC tries to kinda ignore it, but you do need to do a lot when you transition. Dress Uniform, Change Email, Change a shit tonne of forms, and while you can choose to not disclose to your chain of command the admin people will always know. Culturally, there is of course transphobia, but less homophobia (for women) because like half the women are lesbians anyways and its 'more drama' if they're straight (and flirting with the guys). The guys are super homoerotic and yet also often homophobic so. There are problems with SA. CoC is being pretty good on that front, but its always hard to get evidence so sometimes mp / police cant do much.I need to say I love my actual job though. Unit comraderie does tend to be really nice. The feeling of speeding 115 kmph down a black track /forest trail, as a gunner with friends around, shitting on whoevers messing up on sqn net is niceee.
