how do i schedule a blood test if im doing sublingual E? i keep seeing that youre supposed to do it before your right dose to check for your trough levels but idk where to find if thats the best course of action for sublingual E cause of the fall off and stuff. is that transfem science article suggesting i should do mine 4 hours after my morning dose? im taking 2mg every 8 am and pm if that helps :3 also is that a hondose

i only had a single shot of E 3-4 weeks ago and had to stop afterwards. 10 days in i noticed my nipples hurting and now i have buds the size of my nipples.Now i wonder though, did stopping/pausing so early fuck up my chances for breast growth on the future or is it fine? I'm just waiting for a vial to arrive and i would continue as recommended.
