hello op i was in the same boat and the solution to me was oils and oily food. i eat a ton of hummus and guac that has lots of tahini and olive oil in. i add a handful of nuts to most meals. i eat lots of tinned fish in olive oil and mop the oil up with bread. i add peanut butter whenever i can. this way i have smaller meals but much more calorie dense. i put on like 15lbs over winter this way.also lift! get into weightlifting. you can gain mass by muscle too
