Reposting as a PSA, The reason Symphony Labs went on their recent hiatus is because they have been exposing customer information including names and addresses of anyone who left a review on their website. This is despite them claiming to have fixed this issue months ago.

What frustrates me most about Symphony is that they make promises to the community that never happen, and act as though any criticism is malicious.

They always overpromise, underdeliver, and still manage to convince prominent community members that they're a high quality op, despite struggling to meet basic quality standards.

They claimed their fiber contamination was caused by PTFE fibers from a single bad batch and bad brewing technique, assuring everyone it was a one time issue that would be quickly fixed. That "one bad batch" explanation became the standard response whenever anyone complained about fibers, yet people are still receiving fiber contaminated vials today.

After multiple reports of loose vial caps, they announced they were getting a new crimping machine. A month later, people were still receiving vials with caps that come off completely.

They also announced they were hiring a new shipper, but that fell apart almost immediately and resulted in a month long shipping backlog.

When people started reporting four week delays, Symphony insisted those claims were just rumors, said that delays were only around two weeks, and even portrayed themselves as victims of misinformation in a blog post. Just days later, a bunch of people reported waiting four weeks or longer.

They also promised regular UK restocks, but they accepted UK orders before they actually had inventory in the country. After spending a month failing to move stock to their UK warehouse, only then they contacted customers to offer international reshipments or refunds.

Not to mention the customer data leak caused by their review API being tied to publicly discoverable order numbers, which exposed customer PII.

They're very good at community outreach and controlling the narrative, which is why they still have a strong reputation in many circles. But if you judge them solely on their product quality, shipping reliability, and overall business practices, they are very poorly run.

we dont know of any downsides; sometimes people like to cycle to try to get around downregulation. PR reset time is 10 days. some like 2 weeks on 2 off, some like 21 days on.

Damn, homebrewers really are tweaking rn, huh? I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I ordered from aurelia with inject.onions (before they got their new site), back in october last year, and they gave me 2 vials for the price of one. The prices were a little lower too. And then in february I ordered from symphony, and they gave me 3 vials for the price of 1. Granted, in both cases it was in apology for being late with orders, but it's still strange to see them this way. Also RIP opengatelabs, I ordered from them a year ago and they were the best.

Each has their own risks. Spiro is bad don’t do it. Bicalutamide and Cyproterone Acetate are okay, cypro needs tests for prolactin for safety. GNrH Agonists are also an option, but they come with a T spike at the beginning (can take bical to block it from doing anything) and can be very expensive.
