depends on so many things like how big you currently are, your frame size/body type, etc, plus things like placement and profile have as much of an effect on the perceived size as the amount of cc's. in general you want your breast size to work with your body and your surgeon will advise, if they know what they're doing they'll measure your chest, breast width, etc and suggest a few different sizes. main thing is that the width of your implants should match the width of your natural breasts or be slightly narrower, if you go wider they'll end up in your armpits and it looks weird. i personally think high profile looks best on basically everyone as it creates that perky look and forward projection that most people who get a BA want, i always felt lower profiles look a bit matronly especially on people with wider than average chests (so most trannies). that's just my opinion though.
