2019, Started traveling and realized I loved it, worked out a lot, improved a lot. My dog was still alive and I hadn't met the person that would demolish 5 years of my life, also covid hadn't started and ruined any chance of continuing my newfound lust for travel.
It was just a brief little sliver of time where a lot of stuff was happening and none of it was that bad yet.
Now travel costs double, I'm poorer, half the world is on fire, my heart is broken most of my friends went with it and my dog is dead. And while I've nearly run out of things to lose personally it doesn't look like the world is going to get much better any time soon, if anything it's likely to get worse. So, yeah. We live in interesting times, how lucky...

For those who got top surgery, how long did it take between the consult to actual surgery? I already had a consultation and was told to lose weight first. I finally dropped the weight and my surgeon confirmed over the phone that it was enough, my next appointment is tomorrow. Just wondering if I should expect a different waiting time or if it'll be the same as the consult, which was a few months.
I assume city size also influences waiting time, was yours in a major city or somewhere less populated?
