one of the biggest problems in modern trans culture is that nobody actually talks about what gender dysphoria is. Wanting to be the opposite sex is one of the criteria for gender dysphoria, but nobody cares about anything other than social identities so we get this "yes I want to be physically female but I don't IDENTIFY as a woman so I'm not trans" bullshit.
