>>44967080I think you just have to rip the bandaid off and address the situation. Say that you know it's been a while since you have had sex and explain honestly why. I understand there can be some guilt associated but low libido is not uncommon. It happens in many relationships and it's nothing to be ashamed of. Sometimes you just need time to get your libido back on track for whatever reason and letting your partner know you still love them and are attracted to them can really help reassure them as well as give them an opportunity to support you as well.
