>>24680866There is a lot of 60s/70s sci-fi written by people who are scientists rather than authors and The Forever War is better than the vast majority of them. Hyperion is a totally different kind of book, The Forever War is not meant to be this big sprawling epic, it's short and concise. And yes, I like The Forever War more.
