Are there any books that effectively teach you how to get away with murder?

If so, how many hours of literature should I study on this topic to be able to let's say, hypothetically write a fictional book that teaches people how to get away with murder.

depends on where you live and what is happening - the forensics technology is very advanced

writing books like that will get you into serious trouble if only from fans tracking you down and following the book
