According to Plato, the physical world we see with our senses is not the ultimate reality.

Behind it exists a higher, invisible, and eternal realm of “Forms”, which are perfect, unchanging archetypes of all things.

How can we get or reach this forms? is setting in a good place can get us more ideas about the forms?
