Best book?
The Ghost Next Door
Bump
You Can't Scare Me is the bestMy favorite as a kid was the Cuckoo Clock of Doom
Werewolf of Fever Swamp scared me, as well as all of the Slappy books, I hate living dolls :(For the show, I liked the one where the old ladies fed the boys prune cookies so they would turn old so that the old ladies could have dates lmao

the "choose your own adventure" ones were pretty cool. I really liked "escape from Camp Run-for-your-life"
>>24684512say cheese and die and the blob that ate everyone
>>24686655Say Cheese and Die was very creepy when I was a kid
>>24686655>say cheese and dieI liked the episode a lot but never read the book on that one.
I got filtered by these as a kid because I had a 'good ending only' clause. So I skipped to the end and only read Attack of the Mutant and I think one Slappy story. I just couldn't get behind reading a whole story only to see the kid got cursed forever or was going to get ripped to shreds. I've grown into more of the Journey>Ending kind of guy but it was too depressing to feel like they fought for nothing.

>>24689067I actually disliked that they made an entire Goosebumps line based off that concept.
>>24686761In the book the camera turns you into a gay black woman. Kind of out of place for the series and really ahead of its time in terms of social commentary, though the series' adaptation was much more enjoyable
