what's the actual story, and are the languages chosen actually important to it? what you've posted here is more of a premise. unless some sort of giga iq linguistics knowledge is involved in the point of the story, readers don't need to know what each of the 12 languages are. just say three or four of the most popular ones and at that point the reader will understand it changes every night and the specific language doesn't need to be specified. (unless of course the languages are important to the story itself--and if that's the case you already have the story in mind and so there's no point to ask here for languages)
