I don't get it, did Jocasta know everything from the beggining? There are hints that she knew something but wouldn't tell Oedipus. Like when she tries to stop him cause she knows shit's about to go down. But it also wouldn't make sense for her to be that stupid, marry his child and keep the secret. The only logical explanation would be that she realised when Oedipus told her about the strangers, but her reaction is still weird.

Notice though that that the servant of Laius who went into hiding has a different story than Jocasta about the order of things that went down. From Jocasta (if I recall), she learns that Laius died and then Oedipus shows up and they get married, but the servant says that they're married already by the time he returns, so they may have gotten married before the news of Laius' death broke at all. The Thebans are totally confused about what happened by the latter half of the play, putting the part of the audience paying attention in Oedipus' state of confusion.
