>>24688686I usually pace around my apartment, until my shoulder blade starts bothering me. Then I just sit down or lie on the bed. Or floor.
>>24688701You should get a treadmill
>>24688686this looks incredibly uncomfortable
>>24688686power move at the library
>>24688945Well obviously he was just laying that way so he wouldn't block the title

usually in some shrimp mode position with my face 2 inches from the book because I can't see for shit even when wearing glasses
>>24688686Don't make fun of me but I unironically read like this
>>24690199How do you hold the book?
>>24690271I have it held up on a music stand in front of my face
>>24690376Doesn't flipping pages get annoying like that?
>>24690379I use my mouth
>>24690389Doesn't your book get wet like that?
>>24690394Yes but when I'm done reading i put it in the air fryer for about ten minutes on low heat
>>24690401I have no further questions. Good day.
>>24688686MFW readingI know it's not the best, but it's the position that has been drilled into my body and mind during my schooling to actually get locked in and fully focused, even if it's bad for my back and eyes. One of the many reasons why if I want to enjoy a story for pleasure I MUCH prefer audiobooks so I can move around or even lay down (if I am alert enough to not fall asleep). I can get fully immersed in a audiobook without being hunched over a desk with nothing in my field of view but the book. Also don't have to sit still for hours and hours.
