>>24740180>Does it help you visualize what you've read better? No, but it's interesting how someone else imagined it looking.
>>24740180>Do you need supplementary material to enjoy books? No. I have an excellent imagination and no problem visualizing as I read in real time. If writing cannot make me visualize, it is bad writing and I tend to avoid it.
Are these legitimate fantasy books or just smut? How hard is the bdsm, does it reach the disturbing level?
I recently read a book by Liu Cixin titled 'Devourer.' It was very entertaining, but somehow I didn't like the presentation. The actual 'message,' that is, what the author wanted to discuss, was handled later in dialogues. The plot itself seemed generic. Just a Trojan horse. Moreover, many things were simply left out.
