Any classical poetry collection you get. The Tang dynasty poetry, especially of Du Fu and Li Bai, are the best -- pic related is a classic collection -- but you'll also want to check the Book of Songs and particularly the Book of Chu.

this guy >>24745823 pretty much covers it. your pic is absolutely the best there is, brings me joy to see him posted.
main thing i would add is that you should also check out tao qian and some of the southern dynasties era poets. other options include fu (rhapsodies) and music bureau ballads. and don't forget the nineteen old poems. arthur waley has a great little selection of stuff from anywhere and everywhere between the han and tang dynasties, and it includes those.
