I’ve read of Hemingway’s Paris. I’ve read of Borges’ Mexico City. Do “Literature Cities” still exist nowadays? I wouldn’t even say Paris or Mexico City are still bastions of the written arts.
>>24748580That's what we call a myth. There were ''literature'' houses and communes, yes, but not cities.
>>24748587You’ve never been to Berlin, I see.
Waldun tried to make Melbourne cool. He failed.
>>24748587>your brain on whiggism
>>24748599Context?
>>24748580Yes, but you can go fuck yourself if you think you'll live here.
>>24748862If you’re talking about Mexico City, I already do, fuckface, get me another margarita. Bet you hate having to serve Americans like me who get to live in your city for cheap?
>>24748580In America there's been a big desert out west (Wyoming, new Mexico, Utah etc) revival.
>>24748580Yes, it's BOGOTA
>>24748580Anon, Borges writes about Buenos Aires, not Mexico City. Mexico City and Buenos Aires are totally different cities in totally different countries on totally different continents.
>>24750138You don't actually expect people on /lit/ to read books, do you?
>>24750055No there hasn’t, what the fuck are you talking about?
>>24748598It was never going to work because Melbourne is filled with too many wankers, like Waldun.
>>24750138Hmmmm, who was director of the National Library in Mexico City, ummmmm, I think his last name started with a B…. Fucking retard, thinks people can only be associated with one city.
>>24750203It’s not going to work because of all the Aussies, perhaps the most degenerate race on this planet.
