I don't know anything about another american scandal, but I think he wrote the book called IT, where's a scene with children having group sex. I think, his books should be banned and he should be sent to jail.

Not reprinting a book is not the same as banning it, dumbass
>>
I dont think any book should be banned, except his. Fuck em!
>>
>>24758757
I always heard about his books being banned. Not sure if it's still a thing, but 20 or so of his books were banned in Florida last year.
>>
>>24758757
None of his books are important or meaningful enough to be taught in school so he has nothing to worry about. He writes genre slop.
>>
wtf i can't find his slop in school libraries ? free speech is under attack
>>
>>24759331
What does that actually mean though? That they can't be part of school libraries or other places where the content would be age inappropriate or that adults in Florida are literally being prevented by law from buying said books on Amazon or in a book store? Because political idiologues seem to be conflating those 2 things all the time these days, either intentionally or due to genuine ignorance.

Taking a book out of a school library is not the same as banning it, dumbass.

There's nothing neither rational nor aesthetic about kids, prepubescent, undeveloped, in shock from confronting an Ahrimanic entity, having a train in a foul smelling, foul looking, foul sounding shit filled sewer.
The execution is Indian. The essence, American.
IT is an affront to literary sensual aesthetics. It should be banned for this crime alone.

It means the taxes of people in Florida can’t be used to buy those books for school libraries
>>
>>24758757
I don’t think I can be convinced that “banned books” even exist. It’s a meaningless phrase. Most books that get brought up in “you should read banned books” contexts are literally taught to grade schoolers. As far as I can tell the most “banned” a book can be these days is publishers refusing to publish more copies and mainstream retailers refusing to carry them, but, like, you can still get them, own them, and read them.
>>
>>24759167
It was a different time. You could have child orgies in a sewer and people didn't care about it like they do today.

It is banned from being printed, which is a more effective ban than being removed from some elementary school library in Mississippi.

No it isn’t

based gen z reviving late Roman pious zealotry against the decadent boomers

>>24760202
All the great periods were based on renewed pious zealotry, like what Augustine did with his morality laws to curtail the decedent senatorial classes.

They certainly pat themselves on the back for it.

There is no such thing as a banned book in America. In the Soviet Union, if you were caught with a copy of Orwell's 1984, you went to prison. There is simply nothing comparable.

NO books are "banned" in the US unless you count secret government documents as "books" which is why the whole "read banned books" virtue signaling is retarded in the US
In Russia or NK or whatever it would have some meaning.
