Is it a good idea edit on Microsoft word the pdf books in order to change the white background for a black background and change the black text for a green text?

Would this help me or would fuck up my sight more? Because my sight got very tiresome when i read black text on plain white background (i feel like im seeing directly at a lightbulb without matter i reduce the brigthness of my device)

Epubs exist you dumb retard. Not only can you change the background color with ease (in any decent app that is) but also change the font size to be as large or small as you desire. I personally use KOreader for reading epubs.

Is pdf your only option? You might be better off reading in a well lit room with a night filter (sort of turns the screen “orange”) Most phones and computers have them
