Sup, lads? It's time for the weekly stack accountability thread. Unlike the threads that are just people showing off their stacks, this thread is about being accountable for your reading.Post your stack, last week's stack, and discuss what you read this last week. My current stack is on the top. I finished up David Gates' Jernigan (not pictured because I read the ebook) sucked dick, 2/5 would not recommend. I started the Srimad Bhagavatam and got about about 15% of the way through it. I'm enjoying it although it's not the sort of thing I'd recommend if you don't already have an interest in Hinduism. I started and got about halfway though the AJ Liebling book. Like most of Liebling's writing it's very funny and readable.I bought two Richard F Burton kinos and a book that someone claimed was a good introduction to advaita vedanta
>>24789905awful lot of jet books...
>>24789924>jet booksWhat the hell are you talking about?

>>24790074You type like a teletubby
I finished the Decay of the Angel and thus the Sea of Fertility tetralogy, it was banging, I liked every book but most particularly the first one. Haven't touched anything else but I'm probably going to start reading the Van Gogh book and try to read at least one social media book even though I don't really care about the subject. No new books but I have Shadow Ticket on hold for when it comes but that probably won't be for weeks, maybe I should read Mason & Dixon in the meanwhile.
>>24790350I might pick up a copy of Rime of the Ancient Mariner with Gustave Doré‘s illustrations. Is that a good edition?
>>24790543Yes, the illustrations are nice and big and the lines are crisp.
Ubik I just started reading a couple days ago and I'm almost done. So I've made net zero progress, unless you count all the stories I've knocked off in the Dream Cycle collection. Think I'm going to dnf the Plague Year book. The Bible generally always occupies a place at my bedside, but once in awhile I'll switch the KJV out for the NRSV or vice versa. >>24790543I've got a really nice copy of this: https://www.penguinrandomhouse.ca/books/720843/the-fantastic-gustave-dore-by-alix-pare/ — ISBN 9783791379630>>24790350>being a librarycuck>being a hardcovercuckPathetic. >>24790074Hahahaha they really do eat cow poop is the thing.

What's up. Ignore the Eustace Mullins', reading his books is just a choir. I am currently reading the green book on the left (History of Western Philosophy (Greeks), albeit it doesn't contain a lot of useful information), and the second red book from the right, 戦後とは何か(What is the post-war period?) by Yukio Mishima. It contains many short paragraphs from interviews and for newspapers. Reading Faust is also very fun, albeit the publisher used over 400 endnotes. I would say that the English translation is better though. I am also breezing through the yellow book, 皇帝の世界史 Emperor's World History. It contains general information on emperors from East to West.
How about you snowflakes share these on your faggy blogs
>>24794056read faster, 4head.no wonder your stack has 10 books and counting.
These threads are always so try hard
>>24794339What are you reading, readboi?
>>24789905Doing pretty well with this stack. Also finished Vol 1 of The Civil War: A Narrative, but don't have a physical copy yet (my Vol 3 needs rebound and if anyone can point me in the direction of some good materials, I'd prefer to do this myself). Should be able to to wrap 1776 and Birth of America by the end of the year.
