I downloaded an offline dictionary app for my phone so that I can read and look for words without being connected to the internet. That way I don't get distracted.

In other words: You have to go back in whatever you're reading and identify the misunderstood word that made you lose interest in what you're reading to begin with. I don't know because I already read physical books, and I also own 2 different print dictionaries, for American and British English respectively. I grew up at a time where kids weren't given a screen to rot their brain, though, so perhaps you are just too far gone to learn how to read properly.
