How do you find the strength to read a book? I can't do it, as soon as I open a book, I want to read it as quickly as possible. It feels like a chore to me. I'd like to know your thought process when you read a book.
>>
cuz i'm not trying to impress no hoes i read for fun you wouldn't get it ever
>>
Just assume you will be reading the same book until you die. Don't think of the ending, it doesn't have one. Don't think of other books either. This book is your life now.
Also if you really enjoy a book you don't want it to end. So you need to read until you figure what exactly you find most appealing

heh I'm not scared. That punch isnt gonna hurt with that bag still on her shoulder.

First you have to choose the book properly. You have to be convinced that you're gonna hear/read what is considered by the collective opinion the best of the best in that particular area you like. Then picture the fact that each paragraph and sentence comes from this person and learn from it. Just a paragraph a day for a while is gonna be enough for you, read until you find something you find interesting and think on it, sleep on it. It's very good food for thought sometimes, just a sentence or two from such high caliber minds. It doesn't matter that you finish, you have to enjoy each bit and congratulate yourself and feel well that you know how to read and had the time to interact with such a smart person.

Who fucking cares what you do?

If you're so intellectually pathetic you can't even find the nerve to get through one single book then I have absolutely no desire to waste time even giving a wretch like you the time of day. You probably couldn't read a clock anyway.
