Firstly I thought of myself as a shyzo fool, now just a fool. I even wrote some of it in a dokie dokie. Some liked it, some not, some called it Manifesto even.I just want to post it on 4chan. Consciousness and the 'self' is more of a phenomena than a thing (where a thing is a set of matter and a phenomena is an interaction of matter, like the wind is phenomena because it it not air but interaction of air particles). Consciousness is a process of continuous awareness and evaluation of all things that is brought to awareness by the senses or the mind. Because it is a *process* that only owes its existence to making choices, it 'disappears' whenever we become slaves, when our choices are constrained by others or by submitting ourselves to an ideal. It doesn't really disappear, because if we submit to an ideal we still make choices and ask 'what does my ideal tell me to do now', but it's rather that eventually all the decisions we take don't serve us directly so the reward loop is broken it should be : evaluate the world -> make good decisions -> *you* are rewarded, but it becomes : evaluate the world -> make good decisions -> it serves others,and so you become depressed because you've forgotten to uphold yourself.What matters for Free Will is not that you control reality or not, what people wish to find in Free Will, the reason they have a desire for such a concept is because they see the distinction between good things that happen to them due to *their* good evaluation of situations and decisions and good things that happen merely due to external reasons. The Good is whatever habits and practices protect your volitional choice ( gaining strength, skill, having like-minded friends, developing technologies so as to keep your independence in relation to nature, other individuals, your own emotions eating you whole, or your mind thinking it is sole), because just like any other life your good is merely to exist and continue to exist. Your mind and consciousness are not alone, it is a process, it is a phenomena, it relies, it is emergent from all of your body. Trying to escape reality is vain. Yin-yang, femininity masculinity, ideal-material, is a framework to keep balance between the sensuous and emotional you and the thinking part of you. You cannot just be transcendent, you are not a spirit, you cannot be just immanent, you are not a beast, you, as a process of awareness and control must rise above those views and rather wish to uphold your existence through feats of individuality; Achievements that demonstrate that you can feel on your own, think on your own, and be independent from nature, others, primal emotions or all-consuming ideals.
