The apparent outside reality that people confuse for reality is sterile fabrication by the managerial bureaucratic elites which is emergent out of the incentive structures of their group. 2. We all all weak and brainwashed, keeping ourselves distracted with idealized fictions. We cannot see the both beautiful and meaningful and terrifying reality beyond the illusion created by the managerial class and the modernist worldview. We think their illusion is reality and so we fall into escapism as a means of coping.

The reality we see is not the real reality. We see it through the lens of our own failures and shortcomings. We see people put up these false images of themselves where they always seem to be super attractive and successful and happy and they have all this free time and enjoy every moment of life. But we all know that's a lie. Facebook, Twitter, tiktok, all this social media garbage has done so much damage to the human psyche by allowing people to put up a facade and other people see it as the truth. Since we see ourselves as being incapable of reaching that same level of success we decide that it might be better just to escape this reality altogether. The simple fact is we need to stop judging our own lives against others and judge our worth based on Its own merits.
