Can everyone become a writer through hard work or is it something you are born with?
i mean look at f.gardner and jason bryan
It's a mix of both. I think you need to be at the very least reasonable enough so you know what's cringe and what isn't.
>>24826354I think there are probably a chunk of people born that could be authors (good ones I mean) because they have the kind of natural creativity, ability to conceive of and express convincing concepts and stories to others but few of them actually become authors because you need to commit to that life path and learn then refine the skills necessary. So I think you need both, aside from the few exceptionally talented who just succeed with little effort at things. If you don't have the natural aptitude you could probably learn to somewhat ape writing but it will not really be worth people's time, but you could produce derivative slop like female coomer books which make ridiculous money.
Considering that everyone is born mute and illiterate, I'd have to say made.
Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them.
>>24826354skim some of the generals here and you'll come to find out they're just bruteforcing everything it's so funny
>>24826354I have the same answer to all of these “talent vs hard work” questions. To perform at an average level, or even at an above average level, all you need is real hard work and dedication. That is also a talent in itself, but separate from the main thing at hand. To perform at a peak level, however, you need hard work, dedication, AND a natural born talent. Sports is a great analogy. If you practice basketball every day, you’ll be pretty good. You could probably play and win against anyone on the street in a pickup game. And if you’re really, really dedicated, you may be able to play at a college level. But to go pro? You need to be genetically gifted. Even the least talented NBA player is a physical marvel, made to play basketball. You have no chance against them.
While I’ve been doing my jobstone by stone, quill by quill, winter has passed, leavingempty placesand dead rooms.I work on all the same.I really should replaceall those things I’ve forgotten, fill the darkness with bread, inspire hope again. The dust of the season, its harsh rain, are all I deserve:for myself I claim nothing more than all spaceand the right to work there, bearing witness to spring.I must have something for everybodyday by day and week by week, gifts of the blue varietyor cool blossoms from the woods.First thing in the morning, I’m going strongwhile others have sunkinto sloth or lovemaking.I’m sweeping out my bell tower, polishing my tools and my heart.I have enough dew to go around.

>>24826354How to get a woman to look at me like this?
It's both. >High or at least above average IQ>Work really hard. >Read a lot. Some will take to it more easily because of the way they're wired.

>>24826354BOTH CAN BE TRUE
>>24826354Whichever the correct answer is, very few can make it.
