I've interacted with several of those people. Holy living fuck, are they dumb. Even by African standards. Even Somalis are more clever because they can run scams. Liberians just sort of walk around. I suppose it's good that the introduction of christianity pacifies them a bit, but they're so dumb that it starts to fall below the "evil 80s" IQ risk factor, in which people of moderately (but not severely) low intelligent are prone to higher rates of criminality.
