do you left a personal note inside books, /lit/?
I wish I kept the poems that my ex-girlfriend wrote for me.
>>24843146nope. I suggest bottle everything up until I have a nervous breakdown in front of my friends and colleagues.
I considering writing on the pages of a book sacrilege. I don't know why, I really dislike acquiring secondhand books with someone else's notes in especially if they are in ink and they obscure the text itself.OP's photo I would consider a worthy exception to have someone gift you a book with a personal note.
>>24843200I find little notes and passages interesting when the books are sufficiently old. I don't find it interesting when a retard has decided to underline or circle things at random or constantly scribble in the margins.
I would kill for an Amy
>>24843146if you make a present of a book, yes it's the right thing to do.
>>24843146If it isn't a larp, the fact that this deep show of affection ended up in a cheap bookstore is metaphysically depressing. How fickle love is!
