This fella basically just repackages other people's thoughts in the same way that dork Alain de Botton does. I've read four of his books, and they really weren't all that impressive. He admits to not even trying to provide the "answers" to the major ideas he deals with. That's just lazy. Diagnostics would be the easy part.
