What he's saying is that no matter what you choose, you're going to have regrets, simply because nothing ever turns out perfectly and you'll always wonder what would have happened if you'd chosen the other thing. tl;dr, anxiety is all in your head, it's going to plague you either way, the only thing you can do about it is get it under control; most of the choices you agonize over don't matter all that much anyway.

i can appreciate some of his ideas but he seriously believed some Jew walked on water and we need to gather every week talking about how great that was or else he will kill us so I wouldn't take anything seriously just on the basis of him saying it
