>The Kingdom of God is within youThis is why Jesus came to our world. To tell us this.
>>24880991Pretty much. Paul and the ensuing "church" turned Christ's mission from the greatest message and meaning the world had ever known into a thinly veiled Jewish death cult obsessed with power, revenge and control.Thankfully, the truth is embedded in there and the light has shone through to many, most without even realising it.

>>24880999Can you not read or are you just stupid?Nice digits
>>24880991Very wrong. Read Spinoza.
>>24881027Why? What did Spinoza achieved, spiritually? He drove a pragmatic set of theoretical tools (essences) beyond its utilitarian limit and figured he should bet his life and identity on it. It's a cool thought experiment, but it warrants no transformation.
>>24881028I'm pretty sure spinoza is now just a meme on this board
>>24880991>within youYou realize that the you is plural (referring to the crowd) and not singular right. He was referring to himself.
>>24881062I'll take broken English for $800
>>24880991And yet, Jesus did rise from the dead. So there's clearly a Kingdom from which He came, and to which He returns, to prepare a place for us.
>>24881231Low resolution thinking
>>24881231Where is Heaven? Where did Jesus go when he ascended? What was the mechanics of that? The reality of the resurrection is far better than what you think it is. It's not Jesus rising from defeat and leading us to the land of sunshine and roses. It's a defeat of this world of evil, pain, suffering and misery. Christ suffered the worst that reality can throw at a person and rose again under his own power. It is a historical, theological, philosophical and psychological event all in one. Christ overcame the world. That is what it means. Not promise for some rosey life on the other sideThe Christian reading of it is so 2D, man
>>24881246I prefer it my way.
>>24881246What the Resurrection is, is an unlocking of the transcendent in the conception of reality. If a man can rise from the dead, what else is true? Isn't it plausible that the events of Exodus are true? And Genesis? Aren't all the great miracles potentially true, if the Resurrection is true? And the many wonders recorded throughout the world across history? The Resurrection is the key to escaping a purely materialist conception of reality--and more than that, of history. The Resurrection allows us to see that God Himself acts in history, and that the Hand of Providence has guided human affairs more than once across the span of time.
>>24881264Man free yourself from this Jewish mind virus. The Life and Works of Christ are far more exciting, radical and beautiful than you could imagine. Right now you've had your mind shattered by the conception of higher forms of existence. Next you need to try to see the truth beyond the lies and whispers of the Judeo-Christian narrative.
>>24881264>The Resurrection allows us to see that God Himself acts in history, and that the Hand of Providence has guided human affairs more than once across the span of timeThis single belief will ultimately cost you your faith
>>24880991Ok, but what the fuck does that mean? What is the kingdom of god? Where inside me is it? In one of my organs? Do I need surgery?
>>24880996>>24880991If this were true, then why didn't the Paulin Christians totally eliminate every "esoteric" reference Christ makes in the Gospels, including this one.
>>24881345Firstly the Paulin Christians/Orthodox Christianity wiped out pretty much every text that ran contrary to the narrative they wanted to establish (the sin narrative). It's only through actual miracles that things like the Nag Hammadi library survived (even though a lot of it isn't helpful). I have no doubt that there were probably authentic eyewitness gospel accounts or writings by the apostles that were destroyed because they were deemed heretical. The synoptics I believe feature aspects of the historical Christ but they have been thoroughly Judaised unfortunately. The only document I have complete trust and faith in is the Gospel of John which survived thankfully because even the Judaisers in the early church couldn't exclude a blatant eye witness account as John is. The problem for them of course is that the tone and content of John is different to pretty much every other book in the Bible. If you are a Nicene Christian you can squint your eyes and tilt your head a bit and it kind of works but if you look at it from the perspective of the Gnostic understanding (not advocating for Gnosticism exactly, more so the idea that Jesus was a divine stranger come to reveal that we are not of this world and can overcome it and rejoin with the Father) then it's pretty much 1 to 1 with those ideas. John has always been a thorn for the church because a lot of it's material seems to contradict the synoptic in a large number of ways. There's next to no similarities in the accounts or the teachings and especially in Jesus overt rejection of the Jews. That's just a basic overview
Was the praise of the early christians by Nietzsche real?
>>24881355>a whole lot of heresyThe Bible is the divine infallible word of God. All the books that were excluded were excluded through His will by His chosen followers. You are a heretic and you will be judged for it if you do not repent.
>>24881361Aye right mate fuck off
>>24881361>DO NOT QUESTION WHAT OTHER PEOPLE>DO NOT MISTRUST INSTITUTIONS>BELIEVE EVERYTHING PEOPLE TELL YOU>DON'T THINKCool story bro
>>24881366I will pray for you.>>24881368You don't need to think. You need to have faith. It is the only thing He asks of you.
>>24881326>>24881328I will pray for you. You are not far from the Truth. You should go to Mass, on some Sunday in the near future.
>>24881361We are not to blame. You can try and convince people that they are evil and that they deserve all their pain and suffering. You can try and convince people that evil is their fault and that God is absolved of any blame in any of it. Call me heretic. That's fine. Live in your Jewish delusion. For what happened to my dad, and all the good people I love that have suffered so awfully in this life, the enemy will never be forgiven. I repent nothing, not matter how long I have to walk.
>>24880991Can't wait for the new religion board if the admins ever get around to it. Then all the /x/, /his/, and /lit/ Christposters will finally have one place to share their ideas, although it will be tragic with how much activity will be lost on these boards. More on topic, I am reading through the gospels carefully now (1 chapter per day) and I am learning so much about both how Jesus really was and how wrong most organizations twist him up to be for their own narratives. You have to read these things for yourself if you want a clue at what this stuff truly is and what it truly means.
>>24880999basedRegardless of the validity of Christianity, larping as a le pious man on 4chan is just the most ridiculous thing. It's like if you were trying to hold a religious discussion in the Pornhub comments section.

>>24880999>Jesus answered and said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance
>>24881861So you admit you think 4channers are sickly sinners? You admit that you are a tourist who hates board culture? This shit writes itself.
