What we call "intuition" isn't a product of the mind; it's grown and honed in experience. Geocentric solar system models were taken as intuitive and standard before the experience of heliocentric phenomena was acquired. By the same rationale, humans do not possess inherent moral intuition; it is something that only emerges as a result of immersion in a society.

>>24881493Intuitive thinkers trigger /lit/ pseudo intellectuals hard so you wont get much of a response.Intuition is superior thoughbeit. A double digit howls that the intuitive is a heuristic reliant idiot. And he is right, half right. The intuitive does think heuristically, he builds mental models of the world which are necessarily reductive, but this is also what the science which the analyticfag gazes upon with envy does with its models as well. A molecule doesn't actually look like picrel, for example. You can try to convey this to a simple, smooth, discrete-thinking mind, but you won't have any success. As to your second point about morality, this is essentially Trotter from Instincts of the Herd. Pdfs are available online and he can explain to you exactly why this is the case. Not a long read think you might enjoy.
What heliocentric phenomena have you experienced?
>>24881719Award for most smooth brained pseud post of the day goes to this fine anon.
>>24881756>t. cant argue against it
>>24881730Personally? None, though I grew up immersed in a heliocentric solar system model so I view it as intuitive. Someone like Galileo who grew up with a geocentric model observed motions of celestial bodies that did not align with a geocentric model. My point being, all intuition is heuristic by definition. A judgment on causality made a priori is just as likely as any other possible judgment. To presume truth stems from the mind is fallacious and dismissive of the nature of intuition, when done for physical phenomena. I'm positing that the same is true of moral phenomena, and moral intuition stems from one's immersion, and not the other way around. In so many words, I'm calling K*nt a retard.
