I've been reading this book and it's made me understand why I haven't been able to get a gf at 25yo.
So what's the reason?

Every success is a confirmation, anything that goes wrong is either ignored or proof that you didn't do it right. I've know a lot of people who were into manifesting and adjacent ideas, and on average they aren't any better or worse off than anyone else. But if you believe in this stuff in a positive way, it can be empowering. It makes people feel like they have agency. You on the other hand are using it as another avenue to feel like a failure, which obviously will only have negative effects.
