To answer then: yes, I would recommend ASOFAI, as it entertained me both intellectually (at any rate the work is not intellectual in strict sense and you should not seek the essence that is in their own shapes found in, say, philosophy and science) and emotionally and has given me common ground with people.But I would also say to leave 4chan forever and in such a way be happier; gripes that many here have with the world have poisoned many minds and also makes them write nonsense, the bitterness is very palpable with malignant intentions rampant and it is present in almost every thread (a few years ago I remember it all being better, though I probably imagined it).
