I marathoned the first 80 pages last night and I don't know how I feel about it. Does the wackiness die away or do you just settle into it? I enjoy it so far other than cringing at the faggotry that pops up every few pages. I'm wondering how anyone else here dealt with Pynchon's Redditness to get through this.
