What does /lit/ think?
You'll have lots of time to refine your argument while you're burning in hell.
I think any argument that states that things happen the way they do because of requirements placed on God is doomed to failure. If you propose a framework in which God requires something, you are effectively proposing that God exists within some larger space, in which there is a structure and set of rules which even he is subordinate to. At that point is he really God at all?
>>24924530You're projecting your view of reality onto "God", "ignorant mortals" are normgroids. Ditch God and just be a chud.
>>24924535Not an argument
>>24924535>>24924530but OP is trying to defend God. poor OP.
>>24924530Tell that argument to the child that's lived 5 years of continuous suffering, getting choked till she passes out, raped, and beaten. Getting humiliated, starved, forced to live in her own feces, before being locked in a basement and made to starve to death. Or, better yet, pass that argument on to the 3 billion years of gratuitous animal suffering, of gazelles getting eaten alive by hyenas, of dinosaurs with broken bones slowly starving to death over the course of weeks, all so we can strive for that ever elusive kingdom of Heaven in our fallen world for the past 2000 years.
>>24924530Very good argument. Well put.
>>24924530This is just the Augustinian theodicy put badly
>>24924594I would just laugh and call them bitching moralfag niggers
>>24924594Why would God let such a scenario happen doe?
>>24924530So the bible and every other holy book you got your concept of god from was lying when it referenced evil? Why would Jesus have to die so horrifically to shield others from evil if there is no evil in the first place?>7. Derp, god's creative imperfection is exactly what makes him perfect, you don't actually have to be perfect to be perfectSame word games as every retard catholic paradox that is just meant to force the believer to suspend their own judgment and trust the theocracy that endorses it instead.
>>24924625Pretty much the standard playbook of the chr*stcuck. Obfuscate arguments and play semantics enough so that you sound smart and hope no one engages.>evil is actually not evil it's just an imperfection of the world which god had to put in so he can show us how perfect he is
>>24924620Only by creating infinite imperfections can god prove he is the perfect creator. Duh!
