Stop believing in God

why? whats the great alternative?

All this "I don't wanna die" transcendence bullshit is for scared children.

But I find that there is a an afterlife, if you want to call that life, of your "soul". That electrical part of you can't stay in a fleshy body for long.
But once you get there, that weird space. You and the others there are what make up the "thoughts" of that space. Looking around, asking questions, you will be reminded that there is no "god" there, the universe was not created, it has just always been and always will be. A constant state of flux of course, but no creator, demiurge or father figure.

The truth that there is no such thing as “God” and you’re wasting your time, which you could be spending on something true.

I've had too many mystical and supernatural experiences. The sound of bells out of nowhere, statues growing and shrinking, the Moon going into eclipse when it wasn't supposed to, and more. The supernatural IS real, the Divine IS real.
>>
>>24930663
You're just hallucinating.
Dream visions mean more.
>>
>>24927568
there doesn't need to be any alternative because religion doesn't actually fulfill any need or desire that actually exists, it just brainwashes you into thinking that you need it for something.
>>
>>24930684
Having faith in something is just what people do. Even atheists tend towards something even if you can't rightly call it religion.
It does leave us susceptible to brainwashing, but look at all the fools who fell for the Vax of Saint Faucci. I tell a family member about my personal experience and cite the developer of the thing (Dr. Malone) and she still laughs me off like I don't know what I'm talking about. She doesn't believe in god, and she thinks she's a near "socialist" but it's a bullshit faith the MSM pumped into her head.
>>
>>24930719
shut up dude no one cares about this vaccine shit.
>>
>>24930684
>religion doesn't actually fulfill any need or desire that actually exists
And yet every single society ever studied decided to invest great resources in creating and maintaining a religion. The self-brainwashing hypothesis holds no water historically and psychologically. Humans have an obvious desire (if not an outright need) to deal with the supernatural.
>>
atheists are very annoying
>>
>>24930741
As someone who was once atheist, you need to rise to their level and show them some proof.
Which is not in the bible or whatever. It is in science. The suppressed sciences.

>And yet every single society ever studied decided to invest great resources in creating and maintaining a religion
that isn't evidence against what I said
>to deal with the supernatural.
what supernatural?
>>
>>24930811
It absolutely is evidence. The null hypothesis is that if people feel motivated to keep doing something over and over, there is a desire or a need behind it.

The supernatural.
>>
>>24930819
>The supernatural.
The unprovable isn't convincing.
This gif is of a naturally possible trick of science, though it looks like magic or a special effect.
>>
>>24930836
I'm not convincing you of the supernatural. I'm telling you people do have a demonstrable desire to engage with it regardless of its facticity.
>>
>>24930800
Hmm. Got deleted. Must've hit a nerve.

Ideological is just Christianity taken to its ultimate conclusion, fulling putting God to death and fully turning him to mand and fully zealous against worshipping wrong gods
>>
>>24930819
>if people feel motivated to keep doing something over and over, there is a desire or a need behind it.
yes, an artificial and imaginary desire induced in them by religions, which keep them believing in it by convincing them they fulfill this 'desire.' originally no one cared about religion, but then there were subsets of the population that started experiencing hallucinations and delusions which they convinced everyone else they were real because people were retarded back then, then those schizos ascended to become a class of shamans or medicine men in society, so it became in their interest to perpetuate this delusion.

Not the same anon , but this doesn't seem either logical or scientific.

People killed and died because of schitzo doctors?

Most people of your predicament at least just explain it as an ancient psyop. But i guess you are so much of a non beliver even that isn't enough.
>>
>>24930663
Have you considered you may literally be a schizo?
>>
>>24930684
atheism is brainwash to exalt yourself and your desires which gives those in power an easier time to manipulate you.

If you look at the life of Jesus, how is teaching you to be the best person you can be 'brainwash'?

Atheist morals can't be anything more than relativism without God being the anchor.

Your post indicates you've been burned by religious people before, I'm sorry. Focus on the life of Jesus, what he did, how he taught, how he lived. Even if you don't believe in eternal life or heaven, you can at the very least respect Jesus teachings without acknowledging that he's the son of God.
>>
>>24927568
Feuerbach the idealist doesnt want to abolish religion but perfect it by fusing it entirely with philosophy.
