One of my greatest objectives is knowing and accepting myself perfectly. I really want books, from both philosophy, literature, and even psychology, that explain stuff like this.

Philosophy to know and develop a way of thinking, literature for wisdom and "experience", and psychology is the most interesting one. Because I want to know what men are like, the reasons I am what I am, like for example if something happened when I was young that made me become what I become later, the origin of certain ideas in my mind; and also very important to know how humans work in general.

Philosophy to develop a system of thinking, or a way of reasoning that feels right. Literature to explore certain ideas, scenarios, etc. And psychology for everything scientific about humanity and myself in general. This also includes anything mental to physical, like body language or even physiognomy if that also enters.

I am using this book as OP. It was recommended to me some time ago.

Bahahaha look at this fag trying to get spoonfed.

Unfortunately for you, you will only get replies from dilettantes just like you, who began balding in their 20s and decided that they will cope by picking up books for the first time in their life in order to LARP as intellectuals.

Sorry kiddo, but you should've been reading since middle school, instead of whatever the fuck your low class parents were letting you do.

Sorry... that was a bit harsh.

Anyway, I will help you (although I doubt that you will help yourself by actually reading).

I say that you study psychology first, philosophy is mostly useless.

In that sense, reading into Buddhism would be worthwhile, since the Buddha's project was indeed tackling both human psychology AND philosophies. The hard part for you will be not falling into the pitfalls within the Buddhist canon, such as the irrational beliefs (in reincarnation and such). In this way, you will train your rational thinking, as the Buddhist canon is rife with gross contradictions, and you will be forced to figure it out yourself. Koan type shit.

Read Robert Greene's books. Yeah, they're normieshit books, but Greene does the hard work of spoonfeeding you all the stuff you're too lazy to read up on. They're actually really good, valuable books, despite 4chan normie protests (let's be honest, 2025 4chan is full of normie newfags).

There you go, you now have a year's worth of reading material. I'd say delete this post now, but I wanna see what kind of shit these other dumbass anons recommend.

>For we have not here to do with the nature of outward objects, which is infinite, but solely with the mind, which judges of the nature of objects, and, again, with the mind only in respect of its cognition à priori.

robert anton wilson quantum psychology and prometheus rising

for "dark psychology" ive not come across anything as good as "psychopaths bible" by Christopher hyatt

you seem to be /x/ pilled so these books will be of great interest to you. know yourself first and you'll know all people. begin with genuine interrogation of yourself, self introspection, really nail your personality down to a fault, write it down. But the real test, is can you change the parts you wish to change. You can only "know thyself", if you can change yourself.
