hello /lit/ here is a screenplay written by me:https://files.catbox.moe/y83pnx.pdfhttps://files.catbox.moe/y83pnx.pdfplease let me know what you think of it, thank you!
I found it charming, anon. A little farfetched but still entertaining. Cute short
>>24929372Cute
>>24929372That was funny, it is easy to laugh at this when you are at a safe distance. >>24929414People who live in isolation can start hallucinating and doing about all sorts of crazy shit based out of sound premises.
>>24929414>>24929422thank you, the cat really carries it I feel>>24929432thank you, and yes true
>>24929372Good jub
>>24929372This character is completely stupid, I like it.
>>24929372>https://files.catbox.moe/y83pnx.pdfcatbox? more like catdoxxAnyways, I found it amusing but a guy showing up to his gf's dog's routine vet appointment is a bit contrived. The flashback works in a short screenplay like this. It's confusing whether it's 6pm or 10pm when he's calling his mother.
>>24931122>catdoxxalternatives? i'd give a drive link from the one email id ive doxxed here already but this was already up>contrivedhow so? i wanted to play it as they are in a new relationship and maybe he's just putting in extra effort, but making it (and some other elements) believable was starting to make the whole thing a bit too telling not showing
>>24931392it's contrived because no pet owner would make an event out of a routine pet appointment that takes 20min tops, especially as a date with a new guy. it's not about being believable because the whole scenario is already unbelievable, shooting yourself in the thighs even with a small caliber would surely be fatal, which makes it entertaining; it's just contrived.
>>24931435ah okay I've never been in a relationship so probably just don't have the frame of reference needed to pull it off. i wanted the event itself to come of as more casual (the girl is staying over at his place and he just drives them to the appointment || he like has to pick her up to go to his place so they decide to do this on their way over). ig believable is not the right word
>>24929372I'll read and critique it for $100.
>>24931435It is called magical realism.
>>24931435It's called being enchanted by love
