Read “Situated Knowledges” if you haven’t yet, Haraway’s one challenge is she can get really involved in the microanalysis of local cases, in a way that can feel exasperating because of how limited the stakes are. Her work on animals tends this way, ‘Situated Knowledges’ both made it easier to understand her other work in context and is maybe her most useful analytical work from the perspective of broad applicability
