What would one read to learn to be a genuine wizard? Not that watered down "real magic" garbage which is just suggestion and scientific discovery retold with a mystic veneer. I wish to command the waters of the heavens and the earth, and exalt my throne above the stars of God, and chain the stars and pull down the heavens.

You never will, humans are nowhere near good enough at magic to do that. Even some of the best in history could only fly around a cathedral or levitate a table or predict a storm long in advance. This is like thinking you’ll be better at swimming than a fucking dolphin just from reading a book about swimming.
